NITECORE Continues as the Official Exclusive Lighting & Power Bank Partner of Hardrock 100 for the Second Consecutive Year
In 2026, NITECORE will once again serve as the official exclusive lighting and power bank partner of Hardrock 100. With years of expertise in outdoor lighting and lightweight power solutions, NITECORE will continue to provide professional equipment support for the race and its participants, helping runners meet the demanding needs of nighttime illumination and long-duration power supply throughout the high-altitude 100-mile course.

Taking place on July 10, 2026, in Silverton, Colorado, USA, this year's Hardrock 100 will bring together 147 elite runners from around the world selected through a highly competitive lottery system. In addition to meeting strict qualification requirements, runners must secure a coveted entry through the lottery, making Hardrock 100 one of the most exclusive and challenging 100-mile ultramarathons in the world.
Recognized as one of the premier high-altitude mountain ultramarathons, Hardrock 100 is renowned for its extreme elevation gain, demanding altitude, and rugged terrain. With an average elevation of approximately 3,400 meters and a high point exceeding 4,200 meters, the race takes runners deep into the San Juan Mountains, traversing alpine passes, above-treeline sections, and technical mountain trails. The combination of long distances, high altitude, steep climbs, technical terrain, and unpredictable weather creates an exceptionally demanding environment that tests not only athletes' physical endurance and mental resilience, but also the reliability of their equipment.
NITECORE's continued partnership with Hardrock 100 for the second consecutive year reflects the race's recognition of the brand's professional capabilities in outdoor lighting and power solutions. It also provides NITECORE with valuable opportunities to gain deeper insights from real-world trail conditions. Through this partnership, NITECORE will continue to focus on the evolving needs of ultrarunners in areas such as nighttime visibility, long-lasting runtime, and lightweight gear, incorporating feedback from the trail into future product development and optimization to deliver reliable and race-ready equipment for endurance athletes worldwide.
This year, NITECORE athlete Tom Evans, the 2025 UTMB Men's Champion, will also take on the Hardrock 100 challenge. From event partnership to athlete collaboration, NITECORE will join Tom Evans on this high-altitude 100-mile journey, supporting him and fellow runners with dependable equipment as they navigate through the darkness and continue moving forward.

Looking ahead, NITECORE will continue to work alongside world-class trail running events and professional athletes, providing reliable gear solutions that empower more runners to pursue greater challenges in the mountains.
